After your application is approved, the TrueBuy Admin manually provisions your unique environment. You will receive credentials once your dedicated database and subdomain are live.

Unlike automated systems, a TrueBuy Admin manually executes the schema creation and migration commands to ensure your environment is configured to your specific business needs.
Can I manage multiple warehouses?
Yes. All paid plans support unlimited warehouses with stock transfers, adjustments, and per-location reporting.
What core services does TrueBuy offer?

Can I manage more than one location?

Can I sync stock between my online store and physical POS?
Yes. Your dedicated database serves as the "Single Source of Truth." Any sale—whether manual or digital—updates the central products table instantly.
How are multiple warehouses handled?
TrueBuy supports unlimited warehouse creation. If you need a specific warehouse configuration during setup, notify the TrueBuy Admin to ensure your initial inventory paths are optimized.
Can I import my existing products?
Yes. You can bulk-import products, clients, and suppliers via CSV. We also offer WooCommerce sync for online stores.
How does the stock tracking work?
TrueBuy offers real-time stock tracking, which ensures that inventory levels are updated instantly as sales or transfers occur. This helps businesses avoid stockouts and manage inventory more efficiently.
Is the POS hardware-agnostic?
TrueBuy works with most ESC/POS thermal printers and standard HID barcode scanners. If you have specialized hardware, our Admin team can verify compatibility during your onboarding.
Does the POS support "Hold" or "Suspended" carts?
Yes. You can park a sale to serve another customer and retrieve it later. All suspended sales are stored within your private tenant database.
How long is the free trial?
Every new workspace comes with a 14-day free trial on the Professional plan. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal, Paystack, and Flutterwave depending on your region.
Is there a way to try the platform before committing?
According to the system dashboard, there is an option to "Start Free Trial", allowing new users to explore the features of the software.
How do I track Web vs. POS orders?
The system automatically tags the origin of every transaction. You can filter your "Sales List" to see exactly which revenue streams are performing best.
Can I manage quotations and returns?
Yes. Both modules are fully integrated. You can convert a quote to a sale or process a partial return, which automatically adjusts your stock levels in the database.
Who configures my payment gateways?
You provide your API keys (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) within your dashboard. These are encrypted and saved only in your dedicated database.
Are my financial records accessible to other vendors?
Absolutely not. Due to our Database-per-Tenant architecture, your financial data is physically separated from all other users on the platform.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Each workspace has its own isolated database, encrypted connections, and automatic daily backups.
What makes TrueBuy more secure than other SaaS?
Most SaaS platforms use "Shared Databases" (Row-level security). TrueBuy uses "Physical Isolation," meaning your data lives in its own MySQL schema. This prevents accidental data leakage.
How does the TrueBuy Admin manage my data?
The Admin executes system-level updates and maintenance. However, they do not interact with your daily transactions unless requested for technical support.
Can I generate custom tax reports?
Yes. The system generates reports based on the tax rates configured in your local settings. These can be exported to PDF or Excel for accounting.
Is there a dashboard for high-level overview?
The main dashboard provides real-time stats on your top-selling products, recent sales, and warehouse-specific stock alerts.
How are system updates performed?
The TrueBuy Admin manages core code updates. When a new version is released, the Admin manually runs the migration batch across all tenant databases to ensure zero downtime and data integrity.
Who do I contact for database backups?
While you can export your data anytime, the TrueBuy Admin performs scheduled server-level backups of all tenant schemas as part of our manual maintenance protocol.
